1. Statements by Shasta Ltd
1.1. Without prejudice to errors due to force majeure, including technical problems in the system, Shasta Ltd declares that it makes every effort to ensure the validity and accuracy of the information contained in its websites, in order for visitors/users to form as complete a picture as possible of the products and services offered by Shasta Ltd..
1.2. The information and content of Shasta Ltd’s web pages do not constitute in any case, directly or indirectly, an encouragement, advice or exhortation to perform any act, but the visitor/user is invited to evaluate them individually and act at his/her discretion, excluding any liability of Shasta Ltd..
2. Declarations – Obligations of the visitor/user
The visitor/user responsibly declares that he/she will not use the company’s websites for sending, publishing, or transmitting or otherwise making available content that may be illegal, threatening, disturbing, obscene, or expressing empathy, racial or other discrimination, infringing any patent or trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights of third parties, contain software viruses or any other code, files or programs designed to damage, destroy or interfere with the operation of any software or computer hardware, whether intentionally or unintentionally, and generally violate applicable Greek and EU legislation. For any damage caused to Shasta Ltd, by the above mentioned bad or improper use of the relevant services by the visitor/user, the user is solely responsible.
3.1. Shasta Ltd shall not be liable in any case for any legal claims or for any direct or indirect damage or costs, which may arise from the operation or not, access, use or navigation on the company’s websites or from the downloading of material, text, and other data included in them, including but not limited to any damages caused by viruses, bugs, human error, any computer system or component, hardware, software, software malfunction or any other error, omission or delay in transmission from the computer or network connection.
3.2. Shasta Ltd will do everything necessary for the proper functioning of its website, but without guaranteeing that its operation will be continuous, without errors or other technical problems. Shasta Ltd shall not be liable for any damages that may be caused by the access and use of the company’s websites.
4. Intellectual and industrial property rights
4.1. The protection of the visitor’s/user’s personal data is governed by Law 2472/1997, as amended and in force (“Personal Data Protection Law”) and the relevant European Directives (Directive 95/46/EC and Directive 97/66/EC). The Customer provides his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data by Shasta Ltd. Shasta Ltd will not transmit or disclose the personal data of the visitor/user to third parties, unless this becomes absolutely necessary by law.
6. Applicable law – Jurisdiction
6.2. For the resolution of any dispute arising in the context of the application of these terms, the competent courts are the courts of Athens.

7.2. The above terms are all agreed to be material and shall only be modified in writing.
7.3. The invalidity or nullity of a term will in no way affect the validity of the other terms.
